Dan is a senior associate at Nussbaum Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, Dan served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the New York City Law Department’s Special Federal Litigation Division where he represented the City of New York and its employees in cases alleging civil rights violations in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He later served as a clerk to two federal magistrate judges in the Eastern District of New York. In private practice, Dan has represented corporate and non-profit clients in a variety of class actions, complex commercial litigations, and business disputes.
Dan received a BA in Psychology from Albright College. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2013, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society Trial Advocacy Division, and recipient of several academic awards.
