Peter is Of Counsel to Nussbaum Law Group, P.C. (“NLG”). Prior to joining the firm, Peter was a litigation associate at White & Case, LLP in its global competition group where he represented commercial clients on a variety of antitrust and complex commercial litigation issues.
His practice includes litigation and counseling across a range of industries, including pharmaceutical, chemical, financial services construction materials, and cybersecurity. He has particular expertise in the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property laws.
Peter’s knowledge and experience span a wide range of issues, including “reverse payment” settlements of patent disputes, price-fixing, market allocation, fraudulent procurement of patents and other misconduct before the US Patent & Trademark Office, and other antitrust theories.
Peter received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 1989 and graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2009, where he was a member of the Brooklyn Law School Journal of International Law and Moot Court Honor Society and the recipient of several academic awards.
