Susan is Of Counsel to Nussbaum Law Group, P.C. (“NLG”), where she focuses on antitrust and commodities litigation. She has litigated matters across a broad range of industries, including banking and financial services, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, and brings more than 25 years of experience to her practice. Over the course of her career, Susan has played a significant role in major antitrust class actions led by Ms. Nussbaum, including:

In addition to her class action work, Susan has also represented corporate clients pursuing direct actions in numerous matters, including In re Packaged Seafood Products Antitrust Litigation, 15-md-2670 (S.D. Cal.) and In re American Express Anti-Steering Rules Antitrust Litig., 11-md-02221 (E.D.N.Y.).
Susan received her J.D. degree cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 1992.
