Meghan is a Senior Associate at Nussbaum Law Group, P.C. (“NLG”). Prior to joining NLG, Meghan practiced with an international plaintiff-side firm in its Global Competition group. Before that, she was an associate at a prominent class action boutique representing institutional clients in antitrust and securities matters.  

Meghan’s practice focuses on litigating antitrust matters, with particular emphasis on prosecuting abuses in the pharmaceutical and financial services industries. She also represents clients in data breach cases and other consumer protection actions. Meghan has been a key member of trial and appellate teams and has deep experience in litigating complex class actions. 

Meghan received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bryn Mawr College in 2007and her J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2013, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Meghan served as a Managing Editor of the Villanova Law Review.
